Poor service and delays from Customer service and Clearance Department

Submitted all relevant documents for clearance certificate and was told everything was received and sent to the clearence department to assist with Clearance Certificate and remove the debt review flag from my name. I was told the process takes 15-20 working days max. Well 22 working days have passed and i still have not received any updates. I have sent multiple follow up emails but i am not getting any feedback. I have called in three days and first was told they have requested feedback from clearance and will get back shortly-no call received. Then again last call again i am told they have escalated to clearance but the person dealing with my case is on leave so i have to wait another 10 business days and then call back. My financial freedom is being delayed.
