****** poor service
I'm so disappointed I did this debt review I still owe huge amount . When I phone the call center I've never been assisted . I requested a letter from October 2018 till now . I phoned just few minutes ago the lady was rude and hanged up ,she did not request for my details to check if I'm their client . Bad service ever ,I'm trying my best here to leave a better life but this ****ty services its dragging me down . Remove my name under this **** debt review ****
