Poor Service

I will not advise anyone to sign up with National Debt Advisors. The service level is of poor standards. it so bad that you can wait up to a month to get a reply. They are quick to sign up up, take your money out of your account and yet not replaying to your emails. i had to reverse my money to get their attention. I've been called by numerous operators. and the problems is not being resolved. i even advised then via email that they can proceed with the debit orders and nothing happened. This is now for the past 3 months and im still waiting, I even wanted to cancel and the operator advised me that they can not cancel my account This is what was said "In relation to your cancellation request, please be advised that you may not withdraw or cancel your debt review application at this point as you have already been declared over-indebted. This is in line with the debt review withdrawal guidelines issued by the National Credit Regulator.

Please be advised that we will continue to debit your account in order to pay your creditors as per the proposed payment plan" .the next communication i got from them is that my Hyphen Account have been handed over to Norman Bisset & Associates. There is absolutely no communication and no one is getting back to you. Then i called Norman Bisset and Associates and took me more than 10 minutes before anyone answered.
