Poor Service

The company is question contracted me with an offer to assist me with debt relief which was an offer worth considering. Unfortunately on the day I was intended to submit the application form I was involved in a minor car accident. During my recovery, I viewed my credit score via my banking app and it informed me that I was placed under review, so I immediately contacted NDA and Meghan a senior advisor angrily explained to me that she had not submitted any forms as I hadn't honored the agreement, but how could I when I was in hospital. So I had to contacted my bank and it assisted me with contacting they're ITC which informed me I was not placed under review but and inquiry was made and that would remain on my record for one year that the NDA did not explain to me.

So I contacted the company and the consultant assured me I would be contacted before 3pm on Friday 4th of May 2018 and I am still waiting for the call and I'm deeply angered in such a delay because the record was not stipulated would hender such an inconvenience to me

I am truly not happy with the service I have received from NDA
