Poor customer support

After 5 years of paying my debt it comes time to give me clearance, my last payment was in December 2024 and I've been waiting since January for clearance. All of the agents I've spoken to from customer service are unhelpful and in some cases they can't even string proper sentences together. I've given up on contacting them and they haven't bothered to follow up with me since. The last correspondence I got was in February. Absolutely pathetic service.
