Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication.

Worse thing I could have done was join NDA. I app**** just before I lost my job in July and agreed on paying R4500 pm after they told me they will handle everthing for me since then I had to terminate my bank acc just to get my remaining funds and today I just found out they haven't made one single payment towards my vehicle and now I have to come up with R11 000 by end of September to prevent my vehicle from being reposessed after I paid them R9000 in total. Lack of communication and poor customer service. UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED........!!! I want my money back.
