Poor Customer service
I have been trying to understand the delay, of my clearance certificate from this institution without any success. their WhatsApp platform is not working, there's not responses, on the other side their customer service also couldn't assist. my debts were settled on the 09th of February as of today it has marked 83 days still without my clearance certificate. I guess I am longer on the priority list because they are no longer getting money from me anymore. All my creditor have given them all the settlement letters but for reasons known by them they are withholding the clearance certificate.

It seems that there is a misunderstanding at this stage sir. The problem has been resolved on our side and feedback will be provided to you shortly to clarify why your name is still reflecting under the program even though it is no longer the case. Advice will also be provided accordingly to clarify as to how you can go about clearing your name from the program with the companies accountable for not removing you.

Please find attached certificate of balance which was issued to your debt counsellor when you app**** for debt review as well as all documents relating to the repayment negotiations and the granted debt review court order.
FNB debt review center has adhered to the granted court order and restructured your accounts accordingly at the correct interest rate, all your account had been settled and the paid-up letter had been sent to your debt counsellor.
We are now currently awaiting your debt counsellor to provide us with a debt review clearance certificate to have your profile removed from debt review.
