Poor curtomer service and Clearance Delays.

Poor Customer service and Delays.

I have submitte all documents for Clearance and Debt review flag removal on the 9th of September, got communication on the 12th september stating everything is in order and sent to Clearance Department to clear and turn around time is 15-20 business days. It is currently over 30 business days already and i still haven't received the Clearance Certificate and flag is still on my name..

I keep sending mails for updates which are all ignored by CS and everytime i call in for feedback i am told it has been captured and sent for print but no further feedback. I have asked to speak to a senior representative but everytime being told they are not available..

This is extremely frustrating having someone's Financial freedom blocked. I will not recommend National Debt Advisors to anyone in the future.
