Poor Assistance and Misleading Information During Debt Review I am highly frustrated with the lack of assistance I’ve received regarding my debt review process. When I initially joined, I was given a specific repayment amount. However, when I recently requested an update on my outstanding balance, the amount was significantly higher — with no clear explanation provided. I have been bounced around between multiple consultants — Siphokazi, Samantha, and Virginie — none of whom could assist me. Instead of getting answers, I’m being referred from one person to another and receiving generic responses via WhatsApp, with no real support. All I want is a proper breakdown of my account and clarity on the current balance. The way this has been handled is completely unprofessional and leaves me feeling frustrated and ignored. I am now formally requesting that someone senior steps in to provide the necessary assistance and answers. This is not the level of service I was promised when entering into the process.
