After completion of terms, assistance has been non-existent. Being told to followup up yourself with the various vendors with issues ranging from settlement letters, obtaining clearances, and confirmation of removal of judgement from the credit bureau's has been painstaking...Lack of communication channels, and not keeping me informed, has made this part of the client experience very unsavoury. As an example, it would have been good to inform me that the responsibility (as well as effective date of bond payment)now lies with me.
