Payment period extended

Toschka handled my issue switly and professionally. She checked my file and made me aware that my 5years is actually in 2026. I am however going to be paying for a longer period, because when the contract started payments were late because money was still being paid into the closed account. Also, there are 2 payments that I didn't make so the interest charged on the arrears prolong the term of the contract. I still falt them because I feel there should be communication between client and service provider so we're all on the same page. This way there won't be any reason to "fight" them.
