payback my money

Hi my name is gift I had a quote with national debt advisor regarding my accounts that some how I need help from them to sort my debts.I contacted them they explained the procedure then they sent me form to fill and sign then return them back before they start debiting my account but I decided no to do it anymore then I didn't return back the authorization form to debit suddenly today (25th) 25/06/2015 there goes a debit without my knowledge and without my authorization now I'm on debt review without my permission is this legal forcing people to be on debt review?? Now they saying I must go and reverse it why must i ?? They must just bring it back the way they took it coz they stole it from my account coz I had no idea that they were going to debit and I didn't give them a signed document authorization to come and debit . Please bring back my money.their number *** email
