Nothing is communicated

It came to my attention that NDA haven't been paying my Capitec credit insurance since February 10, 2024, which really surprised me since NDA has been debiting my account every month, and now I just received an SMS saying I am in arrears of R4142.16.

Last year, I had the same issue with my MFC account; it was in arrears. It came to my attention that my account had not been fully paid for months, and I ended up surrendering the car back to MFC. It appears that joining you guys has gotten me into even more difficulty than before. I tried calling and sending emails, but you didn't answer.

Also I’ve being trying to get the real statement of the remaining balance from them cause at capitec they say they don't have any access I've to ask NDA to email me. Yet You NEVER RESPONDED, it’s been over 3 months now
