Non existent communication

My experience with NDA is nothing short of terrible. I'm more frustrated when it comes to communication. Getting hold of my DC is a nightmare. When you call the call center, they cant put the call through to her. When i send an email, i get a response of automatic ticket. Before even receiving communication you get another ticket saying resolved. A whole week goes by with no call back, no feedback, no email or some kind of communication.Who do we turn to when we have a pressing matter when they dont communicate. I regret joining NDA.
