Non disclosure, misinformation and lack of professionalism

I have been a client of debt Advisors from 2020. In the interviews I was told that my debt will be cleared within 5 years. My debit orders started in 2021. I missed out on to payments, but paid directly to the debtors for the missed payments. This week I decided to request my balances because I saw that my balances were coming down very slowly. A ticket was created for me. A lady called me and told me they had received all the balances from my debtors and that my debts will be cleared in 2027. I told her that I agreed to 5 years, nobody spoke to me about 7 years. She said she was sorry. When I asked her why it was not disclosed to me, again she was sorry. She said if I was also paying towards my debt it would be cleared this year. I asked her why I was not told that it is a pre-requisite, she was sorry. I told her how hurt and disappointed I am and that I would not recommend NDA to anybody because of what they've done, she putthe phone down on me. I thought maybe it's the network she'll call back, she didn't. I'm highly disappointed with the non disclosure and the non professional behavior of the lady that called me. She just told me that my debts will be paid off in 2027, I requested the balances because I want to see them for myself. What are they hiding?
