I have been sending Shane e-mails, but to date, he hasn't responded to my e-mails. It's s straight forward question. Maybe this will encourage him to respond.

I've requested to be contacted BETWEEN 10am & 10:30am & NOT between 1:30pm & 2pm... The compliance office made a commitment that I'll be contacted between the times stipulated. I waited like a fool for the call so he gets a BIG FAT ZERO for service!!!
