NO FEEDBACK !!! NO ASSISTANCE !!!

<p>Service was amazing and the help was grateful whilst I was in the process of being under debt review. I completed and paid of all debt. Now waiting for me clearance letter, I am all of sudden infomed that I need to pay in R 500.00 for my clearance cetificate. I was firstly told that I had signed the contract which stated that this fee is required. I asked them to send me proof and then I hear from somebody else that this is now not a regulated fee but merely a fee for their admin. I had contacted the NCR and they advised me that no fee is charged by them for clearance. I again contacted NDA (national debt advisors) and when speaking to the consultant (Carmen) and she had clearly confirmed that no fee is payable for a clearance certificate and that all costs are covered in my first two instalements. I emailed Bruce Arendse who is the training and complaince office and after 5 emails I still have no feedback. I contacted Janidean from the complaints department and she said that i will be contacted no later than 5.00 pm on 12 sept. It is now 9 days later and I still have nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not pay this 'fee' of R 500.00 which was not agreed to and signed for in any contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I URGENTLY NEED TO BE CONTACTED PLEASE !!!!!!!!</p>
