NO customer service!
<p>Since joining NDA we have had nothing but bad customer service. Why should a client follow up continusously to ensure that the work is being done. Back and forth with the incorrect information. A year later and we are still not officailly approved. Or not that we are aware of. I sent an email yesterday to request that our agreement with NDA be cancelled due to very poor service, and i have not even received a phone call from anyone. I no longer wish to continue dealing with this company as the service is shocking! Another thing I would like to add is; the reason why our papers are taking so long is because of a mess up on THEIR side! How do you mess up an account figure from R13 000 to R130 000!!! Now we are suffering because of their mistake. </p>

My husband and I even came into your offices to sort the problem out, and still we struggle with communication.
