No communication
<p>On the 20th of April I received a Facebook message from you guys that I had won your easter competition, I had a phone call Friday the 21st from you guys wanting my address, I gave my address. The 26th of April I sent a message aswing feedback on how the prize would be sent to me, I was told they will let me know the details. Last week the 2nd of May I emailed asking what was going on as I've had no communication from anyone about prize and where to collect, I got a phone call from you saying that I would know that week all the details and a code would be sent to me to collect voucher. Till today the 8th of May I still have not heard anything and I've sent messages and emails last week Friday and today and still no response. I don't think this is fair, you messaged me that I had won and now nothing has happened? </p>

Thank you for assisting in getting all this sorted out, in the end it was partly my fault as my number had changed and I think I let you know about it a little late. I do apologise for the miscommunication and I am greatly thankful for all your help in resolving this. Kind regards Desiree
