No assistance

I signed up in 2017 when I was pregnant and was not explained how this would affect my financial future or even just getting a job. Two years down the line 2019 December I managed to finally pay all my installments and now I’m struggling to get assistance from these people, they don’t respond to emails and when they do I am told that they are waiting for settlement letters from my creditors. How long is this supposed to take? Now I’m still stuck with my name under Debt Review even though I don’t have a single debt to my name.
