No Assistance after signing up
I have signed up with them for debt review, now I am being told that they are not paying my accounts as per the court order and I am now in arrears on my accounts. I am still waiting for someone at NDA to contact me after more than a month of asking for assistance!

It still isn't sorted and now without my approval ABSA has taken a debit off my account! NDA what are you doing? You are not helping me at all! You are making everything a bigger mess! I need a management member to contact me and then I need you to not help me at all anymore because you clearly don't know how to

29 Nov 2019, 11:46AGAIN over 24hours and my "always there" Kevanne debt advisor who is handling my account is not responding. Not even 1 call as promised above as well.
AND so many information I found out yesterday of steps NDA had to take to protect me as a PAYING customer that NDA did not do! NDA made my situation so much more worse than what it was as I am now handed over for unpaid debt!! But funnily enough I am paying YOU to protect me. I trusted that NDA will help me
I had no choice but to lodge a complaint by the ombudsman against NDA
AND so many information I found out yesterday of steps NDA had to take to protect me as a PAYING customer that NDA did not do! NDA made my situation so much more worse than what it was as I am now handed over for unpaid debt!! But funnily enough I am paying YOU to protect me. I trusted that NDA will help me
