NO ANSWERS FROM NDA - FED UP!!!!!!

I decided to go under debt review in February. I made use of National Debt Advisors. They assured me that they will be able to help to take over all the fights and calls/e-mails from my credit providers. I received statements from them monthly where it shows the amount I paid towards them and then also the providers what they paid.. But since beginning April I started receiving phone calls and e-mails from Wesbank where the request I make immediate payment otherwise they will take the vehicle, they claimed that they never received any payment from NDA. And now recently I also started receiving e-mails and calls from SA Home loans, where the informed me that they are withdrawing from the agreement between them and NDA because NDA didn't stick to the agreement.. Now when I'm phoning NDA to get more clarifications and answers they can't give me any feedback, it's e-mails after e-mails but NO ANSWERS!!! What should I do? Can they take back my vehicle or withdraw? I don't know who to consult to get answers???
