NDA worst service with no response

I requested a refund from NDA national dept advisors, and it took a week for the to respond, once they responded my so called dept councillor Carmen from Cape town refused to help me, after battling to contact their manager, I got hold of their team leader Cebisile who also didn't help and told me to stop calling he would deal with the matter, now it's been 2weeks no response and when I contact their office all they say is they can't put me through to management or their team leaders. so now I have to relie on email since contacting NDA managers is impossible, I can't help but feel **********, I came to them for help but instead I'm getting more heartache and I could possibly fall into more re dept...worst experience ever and still goin through the pain
