NDA will Frustrate you!

I am receiving calls from all my creditors informing me that my accounts are in arrears and if I dont make any payments they are going to proceed with legal actions.I never skipped any payments but all my accounts are in arrears, everytime when I call NDA they promise to resolve the issue but they never do it .

The charged me double the amount of the opening balance when ask how come the outstanding balance is more than the opening balance they told me that sometimes the stament that I Receive is not up to date, so I requested the updated 1 they still cant produce it . so what am i suppose to do now??????
