NDA the worst service you can imagine

The worst experience ever, was signed on to this and asked for a cancelation before any debit order went off the account but that was never done, the manager whom the case was escalated to could not find the emails between myself and the consultant cause she no longer works there and left the case as is it's been over 3years going back and forth now with them and i am told to pay R5000 to cancel the membership which i was not even advised of in the beginning
