NDA the worst debt review experience

I contacted NDA on the 12th may 2023. The advisor Zubeida worked out my budget and only allocated 1500 for food and groceries for 2 people. The proper procedures were not followed. Now I will be in a worst position then before. The debt councilor Shakeela emailed me and I quote "you need us more than we need you " I did not miss a payment on any of my creditors. Now they have blacklisted me with the creditors. I have been sending emails to get out of this debt review programe. They are very adamant that I signed a J16 form. Zubeida only told me to go into the link and sign and accept. No explanation about the J16 form. I do not have legal background There should be a cooling down period. I want out of this debt review with NDA. They did not follow the proper procedure. The debt councilor only contacted me on Wed. I no longer need NDA. I did fine without you. No written quotation was given. You were supposed to assist not make commission on a consumer. Zubeida from NDA can you Manage on R1 500 per month on groceries for your family. I have medical aid to pay. Petrol. Rent. You worked my budget as per your discretion . Life insurance etc. I have cc the NCR on all my emails. I want to cancel with NDA. It seems they are only trying to make commission and put you in a worst situation then before. I have all the emails and Watsapp messages. Please do not use NDA you are making my life a miserable. I refuse to deal with NDA. Poor customer relations. Rude. No compassion. I did fine all the years. NDA You are not of help in any way. Please cancel as I do not have a written contract with you And calling my insurance brokers and telling them you are taking over. I did not give you permission. I rather deal with Debt busters or continue as before. Pay my creditors. I did fine. Don't mislead the public You are giving me sleepless nights. I repeat I do not wish to go under debt review with NDA. I have a choice. I have all the emails from Shakeela.
