!!! NDA SHOULD IMPROVE PERFOMANCE ON CLEARANCE DEPARTMENT !!!

I joined their debt review program in 2022 and l must say everything was perfect and l paid my dues well as agreed. 2023 my financil circumstances changed to the better one due to my promotion at work and l paid extra by trippling my installments every month. My last payment was on December 2024 and l took an initiative myself to request my paid up letters from the Creditors and sent them to NDA. Last month l requested my clearance certificate and was told to wait for 15 business working days and yesterday was a due date for that process period. I asked for an update and l was told that my clearance certificate has been captured and printed but l must wait for another 15 business woking days for a Commissioner to put a stamp on it. I mean is the commissioner from overseas for him/her just to put a stamp on a clearance certificate.
