NDA ****** me.

An agent called Bronwyn Africa called me and we made an agreement that she was going to help me to sort out my debts. I did ask her when will they start debiting from my account and she said she cant say as it's a process but when my application has been approved I will be notified.The following week after speaking to her ,R1500 was debited from my account. When I called to enquire no one is able to assist me. They put me on hold for long and they put the phone down, I sent e-amails but there has been no response. What kind of service is that?I feel I was misled by her and the company, there is no transparency.I need my money back urgently.National Debt Advisors ****med and used me.
