NDA Refusing to clear my profile

I settled my debt with National Debt Advisors (NDA) in June 2023 and was promised by their agent I will receive my paid-up letter and my profile will be cleared today (25/07/23). They are now forcing me to pay more money which accumulated a month after the settlement because of their negligence and they are refusing to issue my paid-up letter and clearing my name as promised.
