NDA - pathetic service and worse company to deal with.

NDA is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. There is no communication whatsoever. No response to emails, WA or calls. They sign you up and leave you in dark. They quick to take your money but not quick to sort out summonses. This debt review they advertise is more false advertising than anything else. Your assets are not protected as they claim it to be. After 101 emails to all the email addresses I have available it’s 3 weeks later and not even an acknowledgment of receipt. If you call all you hear is “we’ll escalate the matter to the team leader or we’ll escalate the matter to the DC manager”. DC promises to provide feedback at a certain date and time it’s 3 weeks later and she’s still providing feedback. Stay away from NDA and debt review it doesn’t work you end up worse.
