NDA LIFE RUINERS

I am so disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism from the NDA,i signed up with the nda in 2022 and it was the worst decision ever.i paid up my accounts in full and sent the proof of payment on the 31st of August 2023 and i had to continuously call for my clearance certificate which i got second week of of September and now my main issue is that there is no communication relating to my name being cleared i am the one calling.I keep checking with them and i was told my certificate was sent though on the 22nd of September 2023 to the credit bereur.I don't understand the delay from the NDA and the non communication i keep getting.I would never advise anyone to reach out for assistance from them
