NDA AND STANDARD BANK SUCKS

I refer to Bluebean card and previous comments. I received a letter letter from Standard Bank dated 26 May 2015 which was sent to NDA stated that obligations was in default for more than 60 business days since application was made for debt review. Hyphen statement dated 13 April 2015 reflects amongst others, payment to Bluebean to be R716. 65. No payment done. Statement dated 28 April 2015 says R625. 89 to be paid. Same story. No payment. Statement dated 2 May 2015 states R835. 85 to be paid. This was done on 22 June 2015. The statement dated 13 May 2015 however indicates payment to Bluebean. Balance at the time was indicated as R41940, 73. NDA IS THEREFORE TOTALLY AT FAULT AND YOU WILL RECTIFY

Now I received the following from NDA Kindly refer to the attached response from Standard bank pertaining to the Blue Bean account : ******. They are willing to re instate the account back under debt review. However, we need to respond to their installment offer within the 10 working days from the date of their responds ( which was the 29/05/2018). In regards to the proposed installment amount of R 712.71 from Standard Bank, as per the attached Hyphen statement a monthly installment of R 712.71 has been distributed to the relevant account for the months of April and May 2019 and prior to that the monthly installments varied between R 709.95 to R 763.67. So payments have been distributed to the relevant account on a monthly basis. It’s just that Standard Bank wants a fixed installment amount which is going to be distributed on a monthly basis. Hence, after a review was done on your file to ensure that all payments on your accounts received a fixed monthly installment as per the acceptance letters from you creditors, there was a slight short payment for the Blue Bean account of R 669.05 for the month of May 2019. Hence to resolve the matter and to respond to Standard Bank today I need your permission to increase the monthly installment for the relevant account from R 659.65 to the required R 712.71, which is a R 53.06 increase. I would like to again apologies for any inconvenience caused in attempting to resolve this matter. Bluebean sent the following to NDA We thank you for your mail.

Kindly note the attached proof of payments have been perused. Please be informed that the account was terminated on 2015/05/29 due to default in payments. Our records also indicate that no agreement was concluded on the account prior to our termination. For a reinstatement consideration, kindly find a counter offer below: Proposed instalment: R726.65 Proposed Interest rate: 15.00%. Proposed term: 40 months. Proposal Balance: R22,763.59 The above counter proposal is only valid for a period of ten (10) business days from date of this correspondence. Kindly provide our offices with an acceptance in writing on the above offer for us to assist the client further. Alternatively, the client will need to make payment arrangements with Recoveries by calling ********** . Hope you find the above is in order. Nobody is owning up to their fault. NDA and Standard Bank is now merely moving the blame to me. Why should I be held liable for the ****up created by NDA. What is the next step to go: NCR, Ombudsman.
