I am very irate.

When I was approached by NDA to help with my debt, I was made basically every promise under the sun, on how NDA is going to help manage my debt and how I am going to benefit from signing with NDA. From the start this was not the case, I struggled with my account to be debited on time, then I had to deposit the amount in to the companies bank account but they couldn't pick up on the account. I had to send the proof of insurance to Leroy 3 times. Only to be told after every promise was made to me and I already made TWO payment, that all of my debt isn't covered. I didn't hear this from NDA the first time, I first got messages from the bank that I was behind in payment and only when contacting NDA was I informed that my loan with SA home loans isn't covered. After that Leroy (who never answers an email or can be reach on the phone) advised me that the loan was covered by NDA. I asked then what is going to happen with the amount of more then 15k that was paid over the two months to NDA for the home loan, I was then forwarded an email sent by Fairuz, where he explained that SA home loans was paid in the two months and that only an amount of a little over R600 is going to be refunded. I then asked Leroy to send me the proof of payment for these payments made and was then told by Leroy that no payment was made to SA home loans. When asked for either the proof of payment or the refund, Leroy doesn't respond. This is an unacceptable!!!
