NationalDebtAdvisors failing to provide a service

I wish to know why did NDA proceed with taking the monthly fees without providing any service, my debt is in a worse state now then what it was before I signed up for their services. 1St and 2ND payments are stated to be for legal fees and restructuring of debt, 3Rd payment failed to cover all my accounts and I was summoned with a letter of demand stating that my account for wonga is being handed over to the attorneys, my credit card also accumulated debt during this period. I took this up with one of the consultants but all I got was a mail stating that the matter is escalated. My debt is now accumulated and I'm back to having my loan debit for one of the accounts that they had taken for counseling. I have paid for a service that has caused my debit to pause for three payments without any further clarity as to why this was done and the company seems to not have given what they offered to me as a client.
