Beware of these guys!!! Keep tabs on your debt allocation/account every month or you will be *****ed! Your statement reflects account/s that are paid up for a while but are later told that someone marked it as paid-up yet it's not and you still owe money. You will remain under debt review and their management have no interest in contacting you to resolve... only customer service agents will contact you - who cannot view each payment allocation to locate/rectify errors.
