I recently made an enquiry with NDA regarding debt review, processes, pros and cons, bottom line etc etc. The friendly agent was very professional and politely asked for my ID number to enable him to access my records on the credit bureau. He further advised that he needed this to ensure correctness of the information as this would be based on my profile. I initially hesitated but after some fancy convincing I gave him my ID number. He accessed my record and advised that my total debt did not warrant debt counselling as the value was below R40000. I thanked the agent and ended the call. Less than 2 weeks later I was called in to our HR advising me that I was flagged as being under debt review which was against company policy due to the nature of the business. This issue was intensified as I had not declared my status.

I immediately went to my bank to get a credit report.... Low and behold.... NDA had generously changed my credit status..... Without my signature, without me agreeing to anything.

Thanks to NDA I have had to resign, I am about to lose my house, I am unsuccessful in my job applications.... Numerous calls to NDA have fallen on deaf ears, numerous complaints to the NCR remain unresolved

My recent call to NDA resulted in an agent asking me to pay R7000 to have the listing removed

Firstly, I did not sign up for this, I am left jobless, I will soon be out on the street and you have the damn audacity to ask me to pay to fix your incompetence....

I revisited your website to check that I did not miss something....
