I am rating NDA a 1 because they are ******. I have been with them for 5 years, earlier this year I was told that my last debit order would be August...even the statements I was getting from my creditors said the same thing as I have been getting statements every month.
Now, last month in September, the deducted about R1000+ on my account saying there is still some payments to be made. Now, once again I have got another statement telling me that NDA will deduct end of October for R2700 and this time they have listed payments that were listed as being fully paid in the previous statements...Why do they now have to be paid when in the last month their balance was 0.00???
Absolute ****** and I know I will have a fight on my hands, but I will fight them!!!

That is all they said...no explanation of why I need to even pay. Forgetting that in August when I asked about my account, your agent named Jody said August would be my last payment. But now here we are!
Also, no response on the fact that everything I have to pay this month has a balance of 0.00 on the previous month's statement. Where do those amounts now come from all of a sudden!!!??
