NATION DEBT ADVISORS.. TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY.

National debit advisors has been most helpful to me by restructuring my debt. For 5 years they created my payment distribution via a hyphen debit. I have never defaulted on a single payment. I had 4 accounts and the payments were distributed according to the payment structure plan and every month I received a hyphen statement with the outstanding balances. In April this year I did requested a final settlement letter for std bank as according to NDA all my other creditors were paid. They advised me once they received the paid up letter from std bank, they will send the request to the credit beauro to get my name lifted off the credit listing which should take around 20 working days. They have friendly agents who r skilled and very helpful however my disappointment came through when they advised me they don't have the paid up letter from my capfin loan account. Bear in mind capfin was settled over a year ago and according to my hyphrn statement, 0 balance was owing. Upon multiple calls and escalations to NDA, they now come back and tell me there is still a balance of R 750+_ outstanding with capfin therefore there is no paid up letter.

NDA says I must pay the 750 to receive the paid up letter. This is so wrong. How can they hold me liable for their error. How was my payment distribution done to capfin? Because NDA did the payments. They should be held liable to settle the 750 as this was an error on their part. They are now holding back the paid up letters and removing my name from the credit beauro. They did not treat me fair as their loyal client and take accountability. When I requested to speak to a manager, the agent put me on hold. Went and spoke to a manager and told me I'm liable to pay the 750. I don't have money lying around to make unplanned payments. I always held NDA in the highest praise as they helped me to financial freedom but at the near end of my journey they are not treating me right a thier loyal client. Please can NDA make an informed decision and pay the 750 to capfin as good faith as this was their error and not mine. My Contact no is ***. Thank you
