My refund

On the 24th of January 2025 i accidentally EFT R7508 while I was supposed to send R750 and my credit was R2040 which I was supposed to pay in three months apparently when i called the office a lovely lady Vuyokazi Hadi did her best to help us unfortunately till today zizipho from the account department did not help us until today i have tried to the them that was all my salary they didn't care because its been two weeks now i really fail to understand what is the problem to refund back my money because they told me that they are going to take their R2040 they must pay my R5460 back my kids are hungry and i don't have transport money for my kids please pay back my money STHEMBISO MTHUNZI KHESWA
