My money wasted

We did come to an agreement to assist me, but I just don't understand why are they refusing to help me with regard to cancelling the infusion insurance that charges over 600, while the installment can be reduced or distributed to other accounts, I have been asking then for over a year now,instead they take me to pillar and post.
