What a stressful journey it was, the company only knows you when you sign up with them there after you are on your own. No communication some of the creditors were on our case particularly my wife even though she was not the one who wanted to under debt review. We had to pay the creditors even though we were under debt review ,the only thing they got it right was to remove me in time even though I spend a lot of money contacting them. Even the creditors whom I over paid i had to contacted them myself. I think there is one of the creditor that was over paid and I was the one who picked that up. So they are really bad when it comes to managing the clients account.
