More Debt than We Started With

Good day<br> <br> My wife and I decided to go under debt review with National debt advisory (NDA).<br> <br> We completed all the forms and sent them off. received very quick email replies from him each time.<br> <br> My wife asked him a few questions telephonic and he gave complete assurance that everything is in order and we have nothing to be concerned about.<br> <br> My wifes banking account was debited by NDA and the debit orders which should have been stop by NDA also went off. <br> <br> leaving my wife with Insufficient fund for our bond payments.<br> <br> We are now even in more debt and will fall behind with our bond, being penalized and charge for not having enough funds for all the debit orders.<br> <br> My wife and I have both emailed him, but he still has not contacted us. <br> <br> We now fearing this was and might lose our house if we are unable to get NDA take responsibilities for this action.<br> <br> Please assist.<br> <br> Thank you
