Mistreatment

Last year December I got a call from Ezdept offering me a service. It was a proper presentation that I couldn't refuse. I gave Ezdept a go ahead to offer me their services. A week later or so NDADC called me trying to offer same service but it came to me like they're working with Ezdept. Early Jan I noticed they not working together. I've sent couple of emails to understand what's happening. Finally a decision was made between the two parties, I even got an email from NDADC to say they'll cancel the application and let Ezdept to handle my account. I was hoppy with the decision made as I wanted this behind me. Now all of a sudden NDADC authorised Hyphen PDA to debit my account. I don't understand under which ground they could do that after an agreeing to cancel the application. They didn't even check with with me to say "how is your experience with Ezdept". R3250 gone from my account. I called Hyphen PDA to get the money refunded back to my account, they said I must talk to NDADC. Numerous emails were sent and I havent got a feedback even now. I tried to call them I can't go through. I'd like to have the money back in my account because I did not give authority to go into my account after they tell me they've cancelled the application.
