Misrepresentation

In April of 2015 NDA called me and at the time I was in a almost bad situation and they convinced me that this will be the best thing ever. Upon signing I went through 5 consultants of which none of them actually explained what it entails except for I would have no interest on accounts and they would make all my problems go away, and in 5years I would have a clean slate all my creditors would be paid with no repercussions to my name. As life turned out in December of 2016 I was medically boarded from work. Being the good Samaritan that I am I continued to pay for as long as I could in August 2017 I approached NDA and dealt with Brandon it was then that I first discovered that I have insurance and he then undertook to assist me. I was later assured by Saadikah Mohammed that I have nothing to worry about the insurance would take care of it so naturally I thought wow what a great company a huge burden lifted off my shoulders. In November I received an sms from Gloria Chamberlin stating that my application has been declined and that I should have approached them within 3 months of unemployment, but they still continued taking my money up until end of October 2017 so while I was still paying I was assured of assistance and after the funds dried up I receive an sms stating application declined and I not only do I have to sort this out myself my debt situation is worse than before how is that. So can I please receive some real assistance of which I was charged R500.00pm without even knowing what it was for.
