misleading information

<p>i app**** for debt review with agent Quantia, i advised her i am not coping with my money. she promised me they will be able to assist, i was sceptical about the whole thing as i didnt want to include my husbands debt , as we dnt have joint accounts. She assured me we can do it without his debt which is on his name. we did the quotation and i was very happy. i made sure again this will not affect my husband, I paid the first installment last month R4600 and now i received and sms tht they need my marriage certificate. I do not want to provide that as clearly it will affect him if he want to use his accounts that he is currently using and payin. I send and email and whatsapp to quantia ,, she is jst bluntly ignoring me now, i need to knw whther i mst cancel as i was misled, will i get the installment back which i pd already? and what can i do to fix this or would u like me to rather cancel as i am honestly not going to include my husbands debt and dnt want my stuff to affect him in anyway.. then i would rather make arrangments myself with the creditors or let them take me to court if you guys cant help me.....!!</p>
