Miscommunication and unupdated system.
I have paid off all my debt. They requested I submit the paid up letters, and I did. Whenever I request update for the clearance certificate they tell me they dont have my paid up letter. When ever I talk to someone via whatsapp they end up directing me to inquiries, where the paid up letters are missing others are under different files. Am stuck with them and the flag on my name.
