I wrote in AUG complaining about NDA STILL NO HELP, I joined them early this year however They failed to nagotiate on my behalf Capitec cancelled now I managed to nagotiate with them am paying accordingly,

MY problem NDA does not want to release my home loan of which they also did not negotiate instead they are charging me services they are not rendering. when i Call they always make empty promises
