Management is poor

They can’t assist with anything Once you join them they don’t update their statements , I tried to ask for a letter so that I can open a company they always tell me that management doesn’t want to reply since them my things I stuck . I’m just hoping to get money and pay my credit without involving them coz they are lazy people who don’t want to type a simple letter
