21 Jun 2021, 12:56Actually I have not had a pleasant experience the last 6 months with NDA as I continually have to follow up with mistakes ur and Hyphen systems have made regarding my payments and I have now been waiting 3 months for paid up letters and clearance certificate to be allocated, when I found out today the last payment I made was not allocated due to poor service and colmuncation between you and Hyphen. I have been paying for many years and I expect as part of the fee that I paid every month issues like this would get resolved and NDA would take better care of their clients.
