I've never had worse service in my life. I can not get a hold of anyone at NDA for an update on my account. My debit order for the end of July did not run, and the more I try to message my initial sales consultant, Megan, to assist, the more she just does not read my messages. They were very quick to phone me and get my business, but after that, you can not get hold of anyone in their business! The number listed on Google does not even ring, and the office number on the employee's email signatures does not ring and is on TrueCaller as some Tavern. If you are trying to take control of your finances and your life again, DO NOT trust this company to help you!
